Jordan’s housing sector showed recovery from the pandemic

• Jordan’s housing sector improved as the Cabinet subdued the percentage of the charges paid for the division of the apartments.
• In the first 10 months of 2021, over 33,000 homes were sold compared to 33.000 of 2020 and 29,000 of 2019, and 37,000 homes are expected to be sold by the end of 2021.
• In the same period, over 4,500 land plots were sold to construction companies and investors.
