Canadian new home price increased 12.2% year on year in August

• New home prices rose to 0.7% month to month and 12.2% on a yearly basis.
• New price increases occurred in 13 out of 27 cities, but the biggest increase of 3.9% was in London and Ontario, a city 100 miles Southwest of Toronto
