New Urban Communities Authorities (NUCA) to launch a huge set of Residential Units through Mortgage initiative

The Egyptian ministry of housing NUCA will launch the largest residential units for every portion of the society.
The units will be in 12 new cities as a part of the Sakan Misr project, specifically, New October, Hadayek October, El-Obour, New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Minya, Badr, West Qena, New Damietta, El-Shorouk, and Nasser.
The Das Mis project will see the launch of residential units in 8 cities.
