U.S. new-home sales lowest in June

• The purchase of new single-family homes fell to 676,000 compared to May’s 724,000, showing a 6.6% of drop.
• The average price of a new home increased to 6.1% from the previous year to $361,800
• 353,000 new homes were up for sale in June and only 10% of them were ready, over 100,000 homes have not been started yet.
