Saudi’s Retal inked over $161 million deal with the National Housing Company (NHC) to build 550 housing units in Riyadh

- Retal Urban Development Company signed a sub-development deal with the NHC to build 550 housing units in Al-Fursan district 2 in Riyadh for SAR 605 million.
- The project will be on a total land area of 166,446 square meters, financed from off-plan sales and partially from self-financing, and completed within 42 months.
