Binderholz plans to obtain the biggest sawmill group in the UK, BSW TImber

  • Binderholz Group plans to acquire the BSW Timber, which  operates seven sawmill sites in the UK with a production capacity of over 1.2 million cubic meters of sawn timber per year
  • The acquisition will make binderholz the biggest company in the sawmill and solid wood processing industry in Europe with 5.000 employees at 29 locations in Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Latvia, Finland, and the USA.
