Vietnam exports of wood and wood products reached 54% yearlong in the first seven months of 2021

  • Vietnam wood and wood products exports increased by 54% to $9.26 billion in the first seven months of 2021.
  • The exports include indoor/outdoor furniture, seats, woodchip, wood pellets, veneer (peeling), particleboard, fiberboard, and plywood/finger-joint wood.
  • Vietnam imported 34% more wood and wood products of $1.81 billion compared to the same period of 2020.
  • The imports include Sawnwood, logs, veneer, fiberboard, plywood, wooden seats, and furniture
