The Canada Border Services Agency CBSA launches investigations to determine unfair pricing of non-structural plywood from China

They allege the Canadian industry is facing dumping of subsidized imports from China leading to loss of market share and sales The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will begin a preliminary inquiry by Aug. 10. The CBSA will investigate whether the imports are being sold in Canada at unfair and subsidized prices, and will make preliminary decisions by Sept. 9.
