West Fraser acquires Norbord for USD 4 billion

• Following the acquisition, West Fraser gains 19 manufacturing facilities, and 2,200 employees. 
• After the transaction, West Fraser would get listed on the New York Stock Exchange with USD 9 billion market capitalisation.
• Norbord shareholders will receive 0.675 of a West Fraser share for each Norbord share they own.
