Port of Liverpool's strike ended as Peel Ports Group (PPG) and Unite the Union agreed on a bargaining deal

• On 10 November, the Members of Unite at the Port of Liverpool Containers Division completely accepted the deal to increase basic pay by 9% in a vote.
• Both parties agreed to implement a new pay structure for port operators, and increase night shift allowance by a further 0.2% to 4.5%.
