The plan aims to achieve the goals of human evolution, which are the main pillar of social progress and economic growth.
The plan contains 657 projects which will build hospitals and ambulance services, and 339 projects aiming at developing youth and sports services.
Egypt's position will also improve in global indices on food and water safety and promote internal trade thanks to the efficiency of food stores and the storage capacity of basic goods.
