Belarus grew furniture exports by 35% at the end of 2021

- Furniture exports from Belarus grew by 35% to $268.9 million, after growing 32%, 88%, and 33% in Q1, Q2, and Q3 respectively.
- Deliveries of furniture products to the (Commonwealth of Independent States) CIS countries and mainly Russia increased by 46% to $148.4 million.
- Deliveries to Ukraine in Q4 2022 doubled to $8.2 million, with an increase of 122% in Q1, 352% in the second, and 287% in the third.
- Deliveries to EU countries grew year-on-year by 22% to $110.2 million and saw a significant increase in exports to Germany by 20% to $35 million and Poland by 22% to $33.9 million, but Deliveries to Lithuania decreased by 10% to $8 million.
- In 2021, the export of Belarusian furniture grew by 44% to $929.9 million compared to 2020, and the CIS countries saw an increase of 45% to $486.3 million, which is slightly higher than the EU, which saw an increase of 39% to $400 million.
