Britton Lumber Company to expand sawmill operations in August 2022

• Britton Lumber Company declared the expansion of its Eastern White Pine sawmill in August 2022, located in Bath, New Hampshire, which manufactures Eastern White Pine and operates a 30,000 square foot facility that produces 9 million board feet annually.
• The planned expansion will see a new, 6,500 square foot structure built onto the existing sawmill which will include a new Optimized Linear Edger, unscrambler, and new belt conveyors and transfer decks. 
• No jobs are being created or eliminated, as an essential element to the mill upgrade is to improve workflow and create safer and more desirable jobs. 
• Britton Lumber anticipates an increase in production of 5% and the project to be finished and operational by the end of 2022.
