U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) extends the deadline for final conclusion on the anti-dumping probe of hardwood plywood imported from Vietnam

  • The DOC plans to issue its conclusion on October 17, 2022, instead of the previously announced date of April 20, 2022, and it is the third extension. by DOC, which was originally launched on June 17, 2020, following a request by the U.S. Customer and Border Protection (CBP) Agency.
  • DOC wants to ensure the efficiency of trade remedies imposed on hardwood plywood produced in China.
