• Chi Kee Sawmill & Timber, Hong Kong’s last operating sawmill that processed timber for 75 years and received notice earlier this year to vacate its premises for the development project.
• That area is developing land close to China’s border into an IT hub to provide ten thousand jobs and homes in the densely populated city.
